The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntal cycle path, 100 m away from a cozy snack bar, 10 minutes away from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Kaiser Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered upon request. The city of Kufstein (train station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached by bike or city bus in 10 minutes. The large fenced garden invites you to play, barbecue and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.

Kaiserfleckerl - Almwiesn (Austrian dish)

Alpine getaway on the Wilder Kaiser

Numerous excursion destinations are just a short drive away. Whether hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet and the stunning views, our cozy cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a wood-burning stove, and impressive views of the Kitzbühel Alps.

Apartment on the farm

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Quietly located, yet just a 5-minute walk from the ski bus stop and back to the house on skis. Ski down the legendary "Streif" in Austria's largest connected ski area. The village center with shops and restaurants is a 7-minute walk away. The hotel around the corner also offers the opportunity to enjoy a spa day. Many interesting activities await you off the slopes, too: ski touring, ice climbing, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing on the Gaisberg...

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Alpenwald

Sunlight streams in through the windows from all sides. The apartment is warm, comfortable, and stylish. All the rooms offer ample space for relaxation. The bathroom is a private spa, and the balcony immerses you in the alpine oasis. Why the name "Alpine Forest"? The Kitzbühel Alps are outside, and the woods of the Alps are inside: cherry, alder, beech, spruce, ash, oak, pine – the table, the bed, all handcrafted.

Apartment Birgit

You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest town in Austria (approx. 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.

In the back of our traditional wooden house in the Tyrolean style, where there used to be a stable and barn, is the newly built design loft apartment in 2023.
