As our two hosts have four paws:). Whether you want to explore nature on foot or by bike, hit the slopes, climb a mountain peak, or start the day with a yoga session in the garden – our small, cozy, fully equipped apartment, nestled amidst meadows is ready to welcome you to your getaway.

The cozy apartment in traditional Tyrolean style is located on the first floor of our apartment building and covers a spacious 81 m2. In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a terrace and a fenced garden area.

Central bright basement apartment (small terrace summer)

Centrally located accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The studio apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee maker and fridge. In addition, cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has terrace furniture. Unfortunately no view but directly at the ski bus stop.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Alpenwald

The sun looks in the window from all sides. The apartment is warm, cozy and stylish. All rooms provide plenty of space for peace and quiet. The bathroom is a private spa, on the balcony you sit in the middle of the alpine recreation room. Why the title of Alpine Forest? The Kitzbühler Alps are outside and the woods of the Alps are inside: cherry, alder, beech, spruce, ash, oak, pine - the table, the bed, everything made by hand.

Apartment Birgit

You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest city in Austria (about 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to do many activities. With me, you get the Alpbachtal Card, which allows you to ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
