It is also facing Tojinmachi Street, an area where old townscape remains in Kumamoto. The shops along the street are also old, such as the renovated warehouses. I think it's fun to take a stroll. If you extend your walk a little, you will arrive at Kumamoto Castle in about 10 minutes. For nightlife, Kumamoto's best downtown area, Shita-dori and Kamitori, are also easily accessible.
