Holiday rentals with beach access in Kumbor

Aneta was an incredible host she personally came to pick us up from the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was absolutely stunning, exactly as described but even better in person. It offered breathtaking views of the sea, and we enjoyed a couple of swims during our stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could need. Aneta was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is on the basement floor and has its own parking space. Clean, tidy, decorated in a bright style with quite thoughtful functionality. The apartment has everything you need and even more than we could expect. A separate review is worth the veranda overlooking the sea, a hammock and a very comfortable table. I would definitely recommend this place

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

We stayed here for a week and we are coming back next year! What an amazing apartment, Sonja was super helpful, we asked for sun lounger cushions and we had them the next day. Couldn’t fault a single thing and Sonja went out of her way to help with anything we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay ❤️

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Nikoleta was so extremely helpful with the thorough check in instructions she sent through prior to our stay, making the check in process stress free and easy. Nikoletas apartment had the most breathtaking views and was nice and modern, clean and in a great location.

Perfect for our purposes. Best area for Kotor Bay, easy to reach by car or bus. The views are stunning!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

I had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, greeted me with a hug and showed me around the whole apartment (they even let me borrow a travel adapter for my stay since I’d lost mine). The place itself is in a beautiful quiet location only a few minutes walk from the town and the pool is amazing! Would come back again for sure.

Amazing stay , highly recommended

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

We had a wonderful 3 days with my family. Perfectly located, half an hour's drive to everywhere and right in the middle. It was a clean house. We were very pleased. Ilıja took care of us until the last moment. I recommend it to everyone. :)

Very cute place right in the middle of old town. Was worried about noise but the windows block it from the street! Would stay again!

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!
