Välkommen till vår fullt utrustade stuga om 25 kvm + sovloft i en fantastisk miljö mitt i naturen, i en trädgård, 150 m/2 min från bad (strand/klippa/brygga). Huset är ljust inrett med naturliga material, stora fönsterpartier, utgång på egen altan, kamin för mysiga stunder, sovloft för mysbusiga barn/vuxna som vill vara lite för sig själva ibland. Rör er fritt i vår trädgård, där ni kan hitta en egen vrå att sitta i, ligga i en hängmatta och bara vara. Rökfritt boende, mindre hund ok, ej i säng.

Fridfullt boende vid havet

Med havet i blickfånget ligger gästhuset som byggdes 2021 på en del av vår tomt. Det finns sovplatser för fyra personer, två i sovrum med dubbelsäng och två på loftet i enkelsängar. Till gästhuset hör en vindskyddad uteplats. Här har alla årstider sin tjusning. Maj-september finns badstege från klippor 200 m bort. Det är en dryg km till kommunal badplats med bryggor. Det finns goda möjligheter till promenader/vandringar och utflykter på Tjörn. Härön skyddar mot vindarna från öppet hav i väster.

Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

Here in Sundhammar you can sunbathe or swim in the sea, bathing ladder, jetty or beach are 3 - 5 minutes away. Kids can fish for crabs, or try their luck at fishing from the rocks. If you have a canoe, there are great opportunities for kayaking in a marine environment. Or maybe you want to prepare and eat a good meal at sunset. If it is not bathing weather, Kungälv, Marstrand or Gothenburg (Liseberg) are not that far away. Here is a unique small marine bay, with a small marina and large sea.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Här vaknar ni till fågelkvitter, äter frukosten på någon av terrasserna eller tar med frukostbrickan till trädgården. Kanske tar ni en morgonpromenad tillsammans runt Vimmersjön, en runda på 4,5 km i en idyllisk lantlig miljö. Är ni intresserade av discgolf så är detta boendet idealisk då banan ligger bara 5 minuter bort med bil. Under december månad är huset julpyntat och väntar att ta emot er för en mysig vintervistelse i juletid.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.

Ni har varsin morgonrock och en stor skön badhandduk för salta bad samt duschhanddukar. Det finns kaffemaskin och kolsyrat vatten för fri tillgång.
