Amazing house for those who want that little something little something extra! Pool area, gym, hot tub, sauna and a lovely garden to rest your eyes on. The pool is accessible and heated to at least 28 degrees between May until September. Close to shop, clothing store, Pizzeria, sushi, Thai and hamburger restaurant as well as 600m to the train and bus station but above all the sea. The nearest town is Stenungsund 10 minutes by car. Good transport links to both Gothenburg and Uddevalla by train or bus. 30 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Close to the pulse of the big city, you will find the tranquility of the countryside in this manor house from the late 1600s. The director of the East India Company and the commandant of Gothenburg have lived here. The house has a large garden with farms and lawns as well as 4 patios in 3 directions. Generous spaces make it easy to socialize. There are 3 bedrooms with room for 6 people and a library with a sofa bed for 2 people, but the size of the house allows for up to a total of 10 people in extra beds.

This two-storey house of 100sqm is located a stone's throw from Rönnäng harbour. It was built in 1918 by my grandfather and renovated and modernized by my father in 1967. This historical house has two floors, two balconies and a cosy private garden. It is also equipped with everything that might be needed on a holiday, for the smaller or larger group. The garden has a private feel and overlooks the harbour. It is close to public transport, shops, hiking trails and attractions.

Om du inte är frestad av staden kan du sitta i den härligt trädgården och njuta av utsikten eller ta ett dopp i havet på någon av de olika stränderna i närheten. Man kan nästan längta efter en regnig dag för att stanna inne, tända en eld i spisen och umgås i det mysiga vardagsrummet.

Visit the amazing art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane, about 5 km by car or 4 km walk. Hike along the coast or visit cozy Björholmen or Skärhamn. Good location for those who want to fish trout or why not to lobster fishing.
