Welcome to our modern apartment in Kungsberget – with everything you need for a wonderful mountain getaway all year round! Two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for two. The apartment has fiber-optic internet, a washing machine & drying cabinet, as well as games. Space for up to 8+1 guests (crib available). Here you can enjoy long sauna evenings, a modern fireplace (ethanol), two modern restrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for long, social dinners. Relax on your private patio with a barbecue grill, evening sun, and magnificent views. Close to bike trails, hiking and nature – a perfect base for relaxing or active days in a mountain environment.

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Stay in the ultimate place for your child to learn to ski! Right by the popular and child-friendly Björnbusebacken. Here you and your family will be close to everything Kungsberget has to offer. Slopes, restaurants, groceries, playrooms, ski shop/rental/shop, etc. The apartment is newly produced and perfectly planned with six beds as well as access to two floor mattresses. Which makes it possible for two families to share. In the apartment there are also books, games, etc. to entertain the younger ones.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Gavel apartment overlooking the ski slope from both the kitchen, living room, the both bedrooms and the bathroom. Newly built and fresh semi-detached house (2021). The residence is on the ground floor with private parking, ski storage, washing machine and drying cabinet, internet (100MB) etc. The apartment has a total of six beds in two bedrooms, double bed in one and two bunk beds in the other. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a river flows next to the cottage. There is a cozy barbecue area where you can cook food over an open fire, or just enjoy the fire. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.
