THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Boendet ligger mycket bra till, väldigt nära spårvagnen. Boendet är 95 kvm, ljust, fräscht och vilsamt med fyra rum och kök, praktisk planlösning med ett stort vardagsrum, samt tre sovrum. Välutrustat kök. Badkar. Braskamin. Wifi. Rymlig, solig uteplats med både bord, stolar och klotgrill. Upp till 10 sovplatser. Hundar välkomna!

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Njut av en lyxig och rymlig lägenhet på 110 kvm på översta våningen i en av Göteborgs mest centrala privata villor. Nyrenoverad och omgiven av grönska och en rymlig trädgård. The house is 170 square meters and newly renovated. A total of 4 bedrooms and the garden have a big lawn. The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.
