Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddle board and rowboat. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub.

Heating with air heat pump, fireplace and electric radiators, floor heating in the laundry room. Air conditioning. A gas grill on a cozy furnished terrace.

Stay in this peaceful and stylish studio apartment. This home is close to nature and well-connected to the center of Kuopio, as well as the University of Applied Sciences and the University. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km away. The beach is also located about 1 km from the apartment. It's about a 200m walk to the nearest bus stop. Ski trails and jogging trails leave right next to the apartment. Bed linens and towels are always included in the price of the stay. Welcome to stay and enjoy!
