Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

It’s located near the main bus station, just a 5-8 minute walk and within 15 minutes (or 6 tram stops) from the main square. There is a park right in front of the building, making the neighborhood very peaceful with also free parking available. I’m available for any questions you might have.
