It is ideal for relaxing and escaping the city bustle. Couples can enjoy the intimacy of the accommodation, and due to the capacity of 5 adults, pleasant family gatherings are also possible. In summer, you can swim in the lake and enjoy the outdoor terrace, while winter offers accommodation in the warmth of the indoor fireplace. The heating is automated with pellets, while you can use the fireplace for an additional atmosphere.

The Luxury Residence Metlika features a spacious bedroom, a living room with wellness and kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped for two people and is separated from the central part by a door. The kitchen is equipped with modern and all necessary cooking equipment. In the central part there is a dining table, a leather sofa bed on which two people can sleep and a TV with Playstation 5. In the wellness area, we have a Finnish and infrared sauna and a jacuzzi with a TV. The bathroom is separated by a door. Outside the apartment there is a terrace and free parking.

The apartment is one bedroom, and consists of a kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and a hallway. The bedroom has a double bed, and in the living room there is a corner sofa bed that can sleep two people. Free Wi-Fi and TV. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building.
