Cabin, one hour drive from Tromsø

3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. One bedroom on the ground floor(bed 120 cm). Two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1: (both beds 90 cm). Bedroom 2: (one bed 150 cm, one 90 cm, one 75 cm). Floorheating in bathroom and living room. Any type of heating is included in the rent. The area under 'The Lyngen Alps' (Lyngsalpene) are popular both for winter and summer vacations. In the dark months in mid Winter you can view the 'Northern Lights' (Aurora Borealis). When the darkest Winter is changing in to longer days the skiers appears in the spectacular mountains surrounding the house. 
If you want to go skiing, you go outside, put on your skies and of you go. There is a restaurant/bar that have a seasonal opening hours. The local grocery store is 5 km away. In Winter the local husky farm can give you a sledgeride into the picturesque surroundings, or you can go horseback riding in the Summer. During the Summer you can try the good fishing opportunities in the area. Fishing in lakes, river, creeks and the fjord is very popular. You can even do this all day and night, due to the midnightsun. The international airport in Tromsø is just 70km away. The train station in Narvik is just above 2 hours drive away. There are local buses daily, except Saturdays. Finland is 1hr 45 min drive away, and Sweden is 3 hours drive away. This is a place to relax an spend time in nature. Perfect to just sit outside watching the Northern lights crossing the sky. The owners of the house live nearby, they speak English and some German. They will try to answer all of your questions as best they know how.

Cozy annex, perfect for enjoying the northern lights

Small and cozy annex, with just what you need to stay overnight. It is located in a peaceful and rural area on Sommarøy, right by the beach. The beach is great for small walks in summer and winter. Little light pollution, so perfect for enjoying the northern lights. The annex has a good double bed and a window overlooking the sea. There is a small bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet. There is a small hallway to hang out, a fridge where you can store some food and a kettle to make some coffee or tea.

Amazing cabin 25 minutes from Tromsø Airport

The cabin is situated on the roof of the tunnel to Malangen and just by the seaside. The living room has great windows that give you a feeling of being outside when are sitting warm and comfortably inside. Perfect for spotting for the northern lights. The cabin has three large bedrooms, a nice bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. Everything is ready for you to have a great stay just outside amazing Tromsø. Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.

To stuer og to bad. Hytten er veldig tiltalende, og meget høy standard. Praktfull utsikt, to veranda med havet som nærmeste nabo. 50 meter fra strand. Soverom med dyne, pute og sengklær. Alle bad med håndklær.

Rakkebu, 25 km from Tromsø city

Only 23 km from the airport in Tromsø. Built in 2007. Perfect conditions for watching aurora borealis because you are well away from the lights of the city. Many aurora guids bring guests to this area. If you are very lucky you can also watch killer whales (orcas) from the beach just below the cottage. Reindeers and other animals also live in this area.

Senja- charming cottage by the sea. Fantastic view

Charming cabin - Senja

The cabin is located on the north side of Senja, surrounded by lovely nature and posibillities for numerous hikes in the area. The cabin is well equipped and is a perfect base for exploring Senja by foot, bicycle or car. You can drive to the door and park right outside. Very quiet area with a nice scenery to the fjord and mountains.

Torvikbu

A large cottage with plenty room for 6. The kitchen have enough pots, pans dishes etc to cook for everyone. We do our best to maintain it clean and tidy. Sat in beautiful surroundings, close to the sea and the mountains. Peaceful with a stunning view. Close to Tromsø, but still rural for a experience of the landscape of the north.
