The kitchen-dining room and bathroom with shower will provide all the necessary amenities, including let down communications and internet. The yardhas a set up area for cooking and having a bonfire. Cottage 8 km from Kyiv. On the territory of KG "Lisny Khutorok". Near the famous Cote d 'Azur beach 1.5 floors 54 m2+ two terraces for relaxing and a grill area. Closed area with a key. 8 hectares. Nearby is a large lake - 2 minutes on foot, forest - 10 minutes. Parking spaces. Metal grill, skewer, grill, fan. There is also dry firewood for an additional fee. There are all necessary utensils, bedding, towels. Everything for families with children. Very soulful and very clean house.

Будинок знаходиться у селі Вища Дубечня Вишгородського району. Побудований 2017 року з бруса. Площа - 108 м.кв. На першому поверсі є велика вітальня-кухня, дві спальні, пічка, санвузол. На другому - велика спальня, санвузол. На території - мангал, яма для вогнища, дровник. Будинок має дві тераси, на балкон можна увійти через відкидну ляду з вулиці. Затишне місце для відпочинку невеликої компанії. Ми називаємо наш будинок Villa Porta Blu, бо маємо блакитні вхідні двері.

The estate is located on an incredibly beautiful and cozy shore, where two rivers just connected – Dnipro and Ros. Restored wooden house, in which the Ukrainian style is preserved. The house is made of natural materials: clay, wood, handmade furniture. In the house: living room with a large Russian oven(with a bed and a stove), in the room sleeping places (double bed and 2 bunk beds) and a fireplace, small kitchen, bathroom (shower, toilet). There is a large gazebo with a barbecue. The house is located in the countryside, around the forest, near 2 lakes.
