The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay! We had a great stay at this apartment! It was modern, clean and very well equipped – everything we needed was in place. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and sofa were comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, perfect for both relaxation and a refreshing dip. The location was also great – quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with all the way. Highly recommend 👍

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

We have been staying at Flori's entire family to celebrate our mother's 70th birthday and had a great time. The house is just as seen in the photos and true to the description. Flori and her husband have been watching over us at all times and we had a great time. It is a spacious house with great spaces for 10 people, both indoors and outdoors, and the little ones have had a great time with all the games, the bikes, the trampoline, the balls,...... endless things to enjoy the countryside and the outdoors. In short, a stay of 10 and Flori a host of 20 or more. Thank you very much for everything and we hope to come back someday, greetings from the whole family.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

What a fantastic stay! This lovely villa truly felt like a home away from home, and it was a real privilege to stay there. The quiet area made for a very relaxing break, and being so close to the beach was a huge bonus. The pool was lovely, perfect for a refreshing dip, and the ice machine was an absolute lifesaver ! With air conditioning throughout and plenty of space for three families to have their own areas, it was incredibly comfortable for everyone. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

We had a great short break in Puerto de Mazarron; the house is within 5 minutes walk of the closest beach plus a simple drive to the beautiful beach in Bolneuvo. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk to the large esplanade of Puerto de Mazarron, we visited at the end of May and although out of season there was still plenty of choice. The house was great for a family of 5 (three teenage girls obviously argued over time in the bathroom!) but the 2nd shower located from the terrace was great for a post beach rinse. Very nice outdoor space / garden area. The house was easy to find and had plenty of on street parking nearby. Recommended!

I stayed here with my partner, our 2 small children, my brother in law, his partner, their 2 small children and my mother and father in law. It was a great space and was very accommodating to us all. It had a fenced off pool and then enough space for the children to play around the full outside of the house. They loved whizzing around on the scooters that were already there. It had enough parking for 3 cars and we didn’t need to use the drive so that freed up more outside space. It had all the amenities to cook and live there without leaving the house. The outside cooking area is fantastic. The area itself is beautiful and only 5/10mins walk away from the beach and some nice restaurants and bars. Would definitely be booking again for next year. A fabulous gem of a villa. Set in a quiet location but so close to beaches and shops for provisions. Plenty of space with beautiful sea views. Would definitely recommend.

Very good place to stay, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The house is quite wide, and has the beach and supermarket next door. Unfortunately, we were longer outside than inside the house, so we couldn't enjoy it properly, in addition to not having come in the season with the pool open, which would have made us be able to enjoy everything it has to offer.

Mercedes house is big with all room facing the water. When we arrived Mercedes and her husband showed us around and had cold beverages waiting for us. Such gracious hosts. We sat out the two nights under the canopy of trees overlooking the boats bobbing on the water. Another world. We had a family gathering to celebrate a big birthday. Mercedes arranged for us to lunch at the Deskaro restaurant in La Azohia. A very special place, beside the water. Food was magnificent. We had the best of fun. The Restaurant Owner came to pick us up and brought us home again many hours later. Could not have been better. We all would strongly recommend it . We loved it so much. HT

Fantastic apartment, all new, very good location, clean, with everything you need (I only lacked some barbecue tongs😜) everything else was perfect. Good communication with M. Angeles, very attentive and willing.

A house in a very quiet area to rest and enjoy the beach, the house has everything you need. The charm of the house on the patio where you can see the sunset very nice.

We had the best stay at this beautiful villa. The photos do not do the accommodation justice, on arrival we were blown away with how wonderful the place was. Such care is taken and you can tell it’s a well loved family holiday home. This is a large space with plenty of areas for 5 people. We spent our evenings looking out onto the beach and listening to the waves. During the day we walked up the hill to a little cove and enjoyed drinks and food at Oasis Bar and Restaurant. We will 100% be back!
