Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Come and stay in our well-designed apartment located in the center of La Roche-Chalais and just a dozen minutes from the equestrian centers of Chamadelle! This village has a bakery, butcher shop, pizzeria, newsstand and renowned restaurant within walking distance. The supermarket is less than 1 km away! The vineyards are about ten minutes away, Saint-Emilion is only about 30 minutes away, not to mention the cooperatives of Cognac and Bordeaux about an hour away.

The beautiful Girondine is happy to host you in its adjoining gîte (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. Franco-British, Jany and her daughter Felicia will be happy to welcome you and advise you on the tourist sites to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
