Holiday rentals with beach access in La Bocca, Cannes

Everything about this place and the host was great! I highly recommend it!

It is a home away from home in Cannes. We (a 3-member family) stayed for 3 nights in June of 2025. It is an updated apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a very modern kitchen and a large balcony with a view of the Bay. In addition, it also has wi-fi, large TVs, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and dryer. Host Adrien is super responsive and flexible. Location is amazing and close to attractions like the Old Town, Midi Beach. Would recommend this place to travelers.

Alexandra was simply the best host! She was responsive, professional, and her air bnb was clean and in a stunning location. She is so friendly and kind and really made our honeymoon so wonderful and special!!

This apartment might have been one of our favorite things in our 3 week Family Europe trip. Nestled on a side street of Cannes, it is super close to all the action. The street below is bustling, but the sleeping is peaceful since the rooms are located in the rear of the floor plan. It was SO well laid out and decorated, I want K to come design my own home! K and her husband hosted us like family, making sure all of our comforts were met. This place is reason enough to come enjoy the South of France. Merci!!!

True gem! This is a wonderful and peaceful place to stay. If only I arrived earlier I would’ve stayed even longer. Looks even better than the photos and has so much charm and appeal. Will definitely come back for my next trip and can’t wait to do it all over again.

This is a very comfortable and convenient apartment in a fantastic location Excellent service. Great facilities. Two balconies and exceptionally close to a very useful Train station on the Nice - Grasse line. six minutes to Cannes

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. It was really nice to be Veronique's guests. The house is nice and cozy, with everything you need. It has a nice terrace overlooking the sea. Two beaches can be reached on foot, the sea is beautiful and the place is very quiet. Veronique welcomed us and made us feel welcome. We'll definitely come back to you next time!

Amazing place, highly recommended. Lovely main living spaces inside and out. Kitchen has lots of equipment. Extremely supportive host who let us check in very early and sorted out a problem with item being left behind at the property. Thx very much.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Great stay at Isabelle's, very kind and accommodating, the apartment is super well located not far from the village of Montauroux by car and quite isolated to be able to disconnect! I recommend ++ Thanks!

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Perfect location right by the sea. Apartment well equipped with balcony, refrigerator, nice shower, etc. Small negative point: sofa bed not very comfortable, too little toilet paper.

Very comfortable accommodation. From the truth it is nicer than the photos. Small, perfect for a couple 2 up to 3 people if family. There were three of us, the little girl was very happy.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood lots of restaurants and shops very walkable to everything. Very close to the harbor and beach clubs.

Beautiful location, balcony had unadulterated view of the ocean. Well appointed kitchen and amenities. Right on the promenade and a beautiful walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy to access from the airport and a great base to get out and explore the French Riviera. Highly recommended

What a great apartment! You can’t get anything close to this from a hotel (they would be 2x the price!). Everything you need and a great balcony with a wonderful view! The location is in town, so everything is close, including the nightlife. If you’re looking to be in the thick of it all, this is the place for you!
