Holiday rentals with breakfast in La Bocca, Cannes

Notre séjour à Antibes a été absolument parfait, en grande partie grâce à Bertrand et son logement. Tout était au rendez-vous : • Communication facile et rapide avec Bertrand. • La maison correspondait parfaitement à la description et aux photos. • Emplacement idéal pour explorer la Côte d’Azur sans subir les embouteillages. • Quartier calme et sécurisé. • La climatisation a été un vrai plus pour notre confort. • Beau jardin, très agréable pour se détendre. • Piscine parfaite, jamais surpeuplée, ce qui nous a permis d’en profiter pleinement. • Literie très confortable, assurant de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Je recommande sans hésiter la location de Bertrand. C’est une valeur sûre pour profiter pleinement de cette magnifique région.

Very well equipped villa. Lovely welcome from the host we were delighted with their very generous welcome gifts. Location good - 5 mins from nearest supermarket and 10 mins to Cannes shops, bars, restaurants. 15 mins to the train station, beach and ports. The photos used to advertise the villa don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and outside space was more than adequate for 6 adults. We would love to return at some point in the future.

Super accueil chaleureux de Christiane, René et la petite Lola ! L'extérieur est magnifique et l'espace totalement privatif piscine/cuisine d'été est idéal pour se rafraîchir et se détendre en toute intimité. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours en voiture (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, ...) ; le centre du village et le supermarché sont littéralement à 5 min à pied du logement. Merci pour cette parenthèse idyllique !

We truly loved every minute of our stay. Mougins is one of the special places on Earth. The apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the carless old town allowing you to drop luggage steps from the front door. Parking was easy and nearby and free. Only once did we have to park at the main lot (a small distance away). There is a lovely courtyard where we ate breakfast (that we bought) every morning preferring this to the cafes. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Even eggs and butter and yogurt. The beds are super comfortable. And there are two large bathrooms. Laetitia and Orly are amazing helping with reservations and even handling an emergency mailing for us. They are the Best Airbnb Hosts. Hot tips: Our fave restaurant remains the Michelin starred L'Amandier. Don't miss it. Also, if you want your own breakfast food or groceries, be sure to buy in Lower Mougins because the old village has no groceries. One night we bought rotisserie chicken at Poulet Mouginoisse.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location in the hills overlooking Cannes. Plenty of space to spread out and relax - very large open plan living/dining/kitchen space with French doors opening onto the poolside patio. 5 large bedrooms, 4 with en-suite and air con. 2 of the bedrooms have an additional single bed so can accommodate a large number of guests. Very clean, with modern bathrooms alongside more traditional rooms. Very well equipped kitchen with Nespresso and Dolce Gusto machines, induction hob, large oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Beauty and cleaning products provided. Overall, a really enjoyable stay that provided a good base to tour around the region.

Accueil chaleureux et agréable de Corinne et Stéphane qui nous ont mis à l'aise dans un bel endroit. Charmant studio bien équipé. endroit reposant avec la piscine très apprécié durant ces fortes chaleurs. Région sympathique avec ses petits villages, Cannes, St Raphaël et Fréjus. Je ne peux que conseiller cet endroit, allez y les yeux fermés. Merci à Corinne et Stéphane pour leur accueil

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Sophie, tout était parfait Petit plus pour le petit déjeuner avec la confiture maison, on s’est régalés ☺️

Gisèle est très accueillante et disponible , elle nous a conseillé sur les visites à faire et les restaurants …😊 Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit mais l’expérience fut bonne !le linge sentait bon…et les lits sont confortables ! Plusieurs terrasses agréables ! À savoir qu’un studio à louer également est collé au logement mais n’occasionne aucune gêne …

Julie's place is amazing value for money. It's located perfectly within the old town and the windows are completely soundproof so you're not disturbed at night. It has everything a couple needs for a few nights and Julie was very kind, responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again!

Smeštaj je čak i lepši nego na fotografijama. Miran kraj, velika terasa, blizina aerodroma, voza i autobusa. Domaćini ljubazni, doručak je bio lep dodatak u smeštaju. Tople preporuke!

The apartment is huge and maybe nicer than the photos show. Large rooms, high ceilings, and a pleasant atmosphere looking out over a lush courtyard. Bountiful air conditioning, good WiFi, and quiet at night. The location is excellent- very central to the train station, the old town, and the promenade. It’s extremely convenient to transportation (which is really easy to use in Nice). The big train station is a close walk, but it’s also a block away from both tram lines as well as multiple major bus lines. Great place.

Une expérience absolument parfaite, le lieu, tout à fait charmant, calme, accueillant comme l’hôte, disponible, claire, gentille… Bref trouver un havre de paix aussi agréable au milieu des taudis hors de prix qui sont proposés pdt le festival de Cannes, et proposé par une hôte aux petits soins, est un miracle !

I had an exceptional stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority — the space was spotless and felt incredibly fresh. The interior design is absolutely stunning, with thoughtful details and a cozy, modern aesthetic that made it feel like a true home away from home. Stephan was not only incredibly kind and welcoming but also impressively responsive. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He is proactive communication before and during the stay made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained space hosted by someone who genuinely cares about your comfort.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso Sensivilla guesthouse , ottima esperienza, vista panoramica spettacolare ; abbiamo riposato molto bene nel silenzio della natura , le camere sono molto confortevoli e ben arredate . Anche la kitchenette è’ molto utile per spuntini o per consumare cibi da asporto noi abbiamo ordinato una pizza con un delivery con consegna a domicilio gratuita . Alessandra è’ stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha accolto con un simpatico aperitivo di benvenuto . Torneremo sicuramente molto consigliato

Martine was so sweet. My mom and I felt right at home. She was an excellent host, and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable during our two night stay. Would recommend this place to anyone I know looking for a place near Cannes.

I had an amazing stay at Bibi’s Airbnb in Nice, truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The space is private, peaceful, and beautifully set up, with a balcony that offers the most stunning view. Her two cats are so friendly and added a lovely, homely touch to the whole stay :) There’s also access to a nice residential pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Bibi is a wonderful host, warm, thoughtful, and generous. She provided breakfast every morning, which was not only convenient but also delicious. Everything about the place made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nice, you won’t be disappointed!

Très bonne adresse pour découvrir la côte comme nous pour aller à Monaco en TER. Gare à 5mns à pieds. Toutes les commodités à proximité y compris la plage et CAP 3000 Nous avons même sympathisé avec les voisins de la chambre voisine pour s'entendre sur la salle de bain partagée. Super terrasse pour le petit déjeuner, et super organisation pour les espaces partagés. Merci Pascal pour votre hébergement

Świetny wybór na nocleg, oferta zgodna z opisem. Blisko na plażę, uroczy balkon ze wspaniałym widokiem, na którym można zjeść przepyszne śniadania od Danielle. Zdecydowanie jedno z lepszych miejsc na jakie trafiłam, serdecznie polecam! 💙

Tout était parfait, le cadre est magnifique et très ressourçant, les hôtes sont à l'écoute, très sympathiques et se rendent disponibles autant que possible. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, bien équipé et bien situé. Il y a un parking juste à côté mais si on est à pied (comme nous), on est assez proche des transports mais suffisamment loin pour être dépaysé et au calme le temps du séjour. On a aussi de chouettes ballades à faire aux alentours... Bref, comme on l'a dit en partant, si on avait pu mettre plus de 5/5 on l'aurait fait !! On espère revenir à l'occasion et peut être profiter de la rivière d'un peu plus près. Pas assez courageux pour se baigner en hiver !!

C était notre troisième séjour chez Philippe et Mireille et nous recommandons le Patio 53 à 100%. Le jardin, la piscine et tout l ensemble sont vraiment magnifiques. En plus Philippe et Mireille ont des très utiles recommandations pour des restaurants et lieux à visiter dans le coin. Vous pouvez être sur d y vivre un très beau séjour dans un cadre apaisante.
