Holiday rentals with a patio in La Bocca, Cannes

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

I stayed 2 weeks in this place. Very safe peaceful apartment. Amazing neighbourhood around the area, supermarkets and train station around 10 mins a way. Easy check in and out. Thank you for all, I would recommend this place 😊

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

Incredible nice Appartment. Absolute fantastic view from the terrace. We enjoyed the stay very much. Pool is very clean and nice temperature. I would recommend to come by car because public transport is a little tricky. Parking spot was very easy to reach. Checkin and Checkout was very easy.

We absolutely loved staying at Cyril’s beautiful apartment. We loved our evenings on the balcony and the location was excellent.

This was our second stay at Sandrines apartment. Its a great location in the old town and the apartment is beautifully appointed . It has a lovely roof terrace which makes the stairs worth the effort. Sandrine is a great host .Easy to contact , very helpful and friendly .It was another highly pleasureable stay in Cannes

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

We had a fantastic family stay in Cannes. The apartment was as described and a very central location. Nesrine was very responsive to any questions that we had. Beautiful home:)

Amazing, well-equipped & clean Airbnb with super responsive and nice hosts! The village is really cute and walking distance. Proximity to Nice airport is a huge plus!

We (3 girlfriends) just spent 5 days in Jean-Philippe‘s house and had a great time. The house is nicely decorated with a lot of love for detail. The 3 bedrooms are each furnished and decorated individually. Kitchen and Living/Dining area are spacious. The outdoor areas are great too as there are many places to sit and of course the pool is also fantastic. Jean-Philippe was also a great host, very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. You definitely need a car as nothing is really in walking distance but supermarkets and bakeries are just a 5 min drive away. The upside is that it‘s a very quiet neighborhood. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of old-world charm, with beautiful gardens surrounding it and a lovely pool to relax by. The setting is peaceful and private, yet very convenient. The local village, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is just a 15- 20-minute walk away — it’s charming, laid-back, and much less touristy than nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, with great local amenities and plenty of dining and drinking options. The host, Floortje, went above and beyond — she helped us sort out a medical issue on a Sunday, which we could never have managed alone. She also had lots of great recommendations and was extremely kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A truly relaxing and memorable place. Highly recommended!

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

excellent apartment for those who love tranquility surrounded by nature. We were on bicycles and the climb that leads to the house is quite challenging, but it was worth the effort. The terrace where we dined is beautiful. Clean and welcoming environment. recommended

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment June 2025. The view from the balcony was spectacular, both morning and night. We were also very lucky to see two dolphins swimming nearby on a couple of mornings. The apartment is very well equipped and the residence itself was super with both a pool (and pool house) and lovely private beach. Pierre was a great host and always responded promptly to any questions. We will definitely come back to this apartment and the residence.

What a lovely "home" away home!

This air b&b was amazing. So spacious, comfortable, huge balcony with gorgeous views. Two bathrooms & a bidet. Wow! Great location & the host was lovely!

Great place for vacation, the apartment contained everything needed for swimming, cooking and all instructions are clear and easy to understand, the sea view was awesome , in addition to that, Han was very communicative and asked each time if we need anything extra. I would just recommend for anyone who wants to have vacation in Nice. Thank you Han for providing such a great accommodation and service.
