Waterfront holiday rentals in La Bocca, Cannes

The place has a great location, at the heart of Cannes. The host (Alexandra) is very responsive, friendly and helpful. She gave instructions, guidance and insights that facilitated the trip and my stay at Cannes. Alexandra pays attention to every detail aiming to make the guest’s stay super convenient. I recommend the place!

Amazing stay, great location and beautiful view from the terrace. Apartment is new and was spotless. Communication with the host was easy. Host let us change dates without any problems We had everything we need at the apartment, coffee, water, paper towels etc. Recommend to anyone else!

Bonjour, je suis retourné pour la deuxième fois dans ce magnifique appartement avec vue sur la mer. Toujours la même expérience, propreté, Martine a une réactivité exceptionnelle, l'appartement est comme neuf, on dirait que personne n'y a jamais habité alors que cela fait 1 an que j'ai été. Je donnerai plus d'étoiles si je pouvais alors ne pas hésiter, c'est vraiment ce qu'on attend quand on prend un Airbnb! 6/5! 🙂 Merci encore Régine et Martine! A très vite !

This is the best stay we have ever had in Cannes. Loved the flat and felt right at home from the start. We extended our stay because simply did not want to leave. The flat is just off of the beach via a private locked gate. It is also within walking distance to the center of Cannes with cafes and restaurants between the home and town. We differently will be booking here again for our annual visit to Cannes.

I had the BEST TRIP EVER! Located on the other side of Old Cannes from La Croisette, I was able to discover the historic heart of this lovely seaside town. It is a bit of a lengthy walk, but more than 1/2 is the old town and port/ marina. Absolutely perfect. Building was very quiet and the air conditioning was very helpful. The host is a joy!

Remi's place is beautiful and spacious and they were responsive hosts. The front porch and view are spectacular and the back porch with the plunge pool is private and lovely. We'd happily stay here again.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Simply amazing house - location , cleanliness, decor superb! Stroll to Royal Beach Club and public beaches and everything Antibes has to offer on the doorstep. Train connections great to explore Nice to Monaco and Cannes and boats to St Tropez from Golfe Juan 15 mins away - just perfect! 10/10 ⭐️

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Wir haben diese Wohnung, dass dritte Mal in Folge bewohnt. Wir sind von der Unterkunft und Didier sowie Guy in den besten Händen. Es gibt nur positives zu berichten. Auch im nächsten Jahr, haben wir geplant, wieder zu kommen. Alles was der Mensch zu Erholung benötigt, findet er bei Dodier. Ein toller Gastgeber. **************

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Nicolas, Caroline et leur fille, dont les petites attentions nous ont particulièrement touchés. L’appartement, très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé, nous a permis de nous sentir immédiatement comme chez nous. Les points forts : la vue sur la mer, la piscine, le parking privé, la climatisation, la cuisine équipée, le lave-linge ... Un grand merci pour tout ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Alloggio molto confortevole. Dal vero è più bello che dalle foto. Piccolino, perfetto per una coppia 2 massimo 3 persone se famiglia. Noi eravamo in tre, la bambina è stata molto contenta.

We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early. Great time all around.
