Bienvenue Au Lit D’Ô, un havre de paix situé au bord d’un étang privé dans les Deux-Sèvres. Notre gîte de 130 m² accueille jusqu’à 6 personnes dans un environnement naturel et calme, parfait pour se ressourcer. Détendez-vous dans le bain nordique, pêchez en no-kill dans un étang de 2,5 ha (carpes, brochets, esturgeons…) ou explorez les alentours, à seulement 40 min du Puy du Fou. Tout est inclus : linge de lit et de bain, wifi, électricité. Un lieu unique pour un séjour en pleine nature .

The Reed Bed

Market gardener's house on the edge of the Sèvre Niortaise on a private towpath with no traffic. It is located 800 m from the Bazoin locks pier, where you can rent a boat, canoe, but also a bike and quadracycle... Great area for fishing and beautiful walks in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. In the village of Damvix, you will find a convenience store with lottery, tobacco and newspapers, a bakery, a butcher, delicatessen and caterer, hairdresser, pharmacy, garage, restaurants, piers... etc.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

En pleine campagne, la Grange des Rocs prend place dans une ancienne grange en pierre restaurée avec soin. Le grand volume ouvert associe objets anciens réinventés et confort contemporain dans une atmosphère harmonieuse et chaleureuse. Un lieu singulier pour une expérience unique, avec un jardin arboré et une piscine extérieure. La grange fait partie des dépendances d'une ferme ancienne où se trouve également La Petite Escale, une bergerie indépendante pour 2 personnes.

Newly renovated accommodation, it is accessible to families. It is located in a small town where all shops (supermarket, fishmonger, bakery, PMU, restaurants, etc.) can be reached on foot. Close to Lac des Effres where picnic tables are available as well as games for children and adults. We are 1h30 from the beaches of Vendée / La Rochelle. 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope. 30 min from the Marais Poitevin, 15 min from Parthenay (flip festival, ...)

La Bouquetière Gîte, Golf and Gâtine

Maison de 100 m2 avec accès à la piscine l'été. Cuisine, salon, salle à manger et WC au rdc et 2 chambres et salle de bain à l'étage. En pleine campagne, au calme à 1 min du golf. Après 8 ans de vie, le gîte est apprécié principalement pour sa propreté, son équipement et son calme. Les lits sont faits et des serviettes sont à disposition. La piscine l'été sous abri est situé dans le jardin mitoyen et vous est privatisée tous les jours de 14h à 19h.
