Fonctionnelle et bien équipée, elle se situe dans le Village de Saint Vincent de Mercuze. Là où vous pourrez vous reposer après une belle randonnée. Stationnement privatif pour une voiture. La Maisonnette est idéale pour une personne seule ou un couple,(non PMR) Des départs de randonnées sont possibles depuis la Maisonnette. Il y a le wifi gratuit ainsi que la climatisation.

At the entrance of the road to the ski resorts, in the charming village of "Les Mollettes", beautiful 2 bedroom double bed outbuilding in a 80 square meter single-family house facing our personal home. It has a large living room with modern equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This quality accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from the family resort of Collet d'Allevard, 5 minutes from Alpespace, 15 minutes from Chambéry and 25 minutes from Grenoble.

Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

Equipped with reversible air conditioning, this apartment has a private terrace and parking spaces. Close to all shops and easy to access. Close to ski resorts, Bourget and Annecy lakes, and located halfway between Grenoble and Chambéry. Linens and towels are not provided. Cleaning is at the rate of 95 euros. The accommodation is located above a reception room that may or may not be rented on the same dates.
