Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Our apartment has direct access to the beach (lift) and upstairs to the city center (lift) of Torremolinos.

El apartamento está totalmente habilitado para tres personas. Cocina con todo lo necesario, vitrocerámica, microondas y frigorífico. El baño dispone de una gran ducha, lavadora, y secador de pelo. También hay plancha, 2 sillas de playa y sombrilla. WIFI gratuito y Televisión internacional por cable. Te encantará!

Beautiful apartment with terrace in Carihuela, Torremolinos, close to the beach (only 5 min on foot), with a communal pool* and a solarium area. There is a supermarket 3 minutes on foot; fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning hot /cold, terrace with garden furniture on shared corridor, double bed , and sofa chaise longue. Train stop "Montemar alto" 10 minutes on foot, and bus stop in front of the building. Private Wi-Fi high speed. POOL AVAILABLE ONLY ON SUMMER MONTHS.

Disfruta de unas maravillosas vacaciones en este dúplex, recientemente renovado, con capacidad para 6 personas y a 7 minutos de la playa de la Carihuela, antiguo barrio de pescadores que aún conserva su carácter y encanto local. Se encuentra en un lujoso complejo residencial de arquitectura típica andaluza que cuenta con piscina. Dispone de dos amplias habitaciones decoradas al detalle cada uno con baño en suite. La piscina es comunitaria y abre de junio a octubre.

El apartamento esta en primera línea de playa y es muy luminoso. Las ventanas son muy grandes. La decoración es moderna y funcional, pensada en la comodidad. El apartamento mide aprox. 70 m2 y está distribuida de la siguiente forma: 1 dormitorio con cama queen size (1.80 x 2.00) y salón-cocina, un vestíbulo y un cuarto de baño con ducha amplia. Además un armario doble. El apartamento se encuentra en la 2ª planta (sin ascensor). La terraza es de uso exclusivo.
