The apartment is on the 5th floor of building a located on the Promenade, 5 min walk from the Beach, and 5 minutes to supermarket and bars, restaurants. We are 100 metres from the Marina, the lively commercial and leisure centre, and a 20 min walk from the Carihuela.

The house is located on the second floor of a protected and rehabilitated building with charm built in 1850. The building is located on the beachfront with magnificent views of the beach from the living room, terrace, and kitchen. It has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room.
