Fully equipped, non-smoking 35 m² studio with terrace and Wi-Fi, on the first floor of my house (independent access). Composed of a bedroom (bed 160x200), a living room/equipped kitchen with a sofa, and a shower room. There is an additional charge of €40 for end-of-stay cleaning if you don't want to take care of it; otherwise, everything you need is on site.
