Very large apartment, very functional, the decoration is extraordinary, everything is thought out in the smallest details, you feel very good there. Ideally located for beautiful walks by the sea and close to restaurants and shops, this accommodation is a real gem, we will come back to spend a real vacation and not a weekend. We also really enjoyed the parking space nearby, which is rare in Les Sables d'Olonne. Nelly is very responsive and incredibly kind.

First, there was a photo of the entrance to the apartment with the number, which is extremely useful and makes it much easier to find the rental. Then it was very easy to contact Bastien, who immediately responded to texts and phone calls. He guided us to arrive at the apartment by phone conversation upon arrival. This also made finding the apartment much easier and much more relaxed. Then, the apartment was very well equipped... and with a phone call Bastien arranged to get us what was missing. The key system was also very well done, with a key in a small box outside the apartment and also a key ring inside the apartment. It made leaving the apartment very efficient. I recommend this apartment and Bastien.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

An absolutely perfect stay! This beachfront home is a haven. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The ocean view is simply breathtaking, and hearing the sound of the waves from the terrace is pure happiness. The apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great for exploring the surroundings, enjoying the beach or just relaxing. We leave with unforgettable memories and can only recommend this little corner of heaven. Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

Guaranteed "ouaouh" effect qd vs discover the superb view of the beach and the embankment from this very beautiful apartment! Everything is there for a wonderful stay, the apartment is in addition one minute from the shopping streets and the pretty Penotte Island district (and 10 minutes' walk from the train station). You can access it either by a fairly steep staircase, or by a load lift that arrives directly from the apartment, the class! A little extra: a huge ultra comfortable rotating chair... The owner has booked a good welcome and was very accommodating for schedules. Anyway, we'll be back! 🙂
