Piscine intérieure chauffée et jacuzzi ouvert d' avril a octobre et lagon extérieur chauffé avec jeux aquatiques pour les enfants ouvert de juin à septembre .

Villa spacieuse de 140m2 avec piscine chauffée au sel de 6m*4.40m, idéalement située dans un quartier calme en plein centre d’Aizenay. Le logement est très lumineux avec une pièce de vie ouverte sur une grande terrasse. La cuisine est toute équipée et donne sur le salon séjour. Les 4 chambres sont spacieuses avec 2 salles de bains et 2 WC. Capacité de 7 personnes avec 1 bébé en plus. Le terrain arboré de 2800m2 est clôturé avec places de parking privées et des jeux pour les enfants.
