This architect-designed house is ideally designed to make you have a dream vacation. On a 5000 m2 plot, fully fenced, come and enjoy with family or friends a villa that is fully equipped to accommodate the youngest to the oldest. XXL swimming pool and Nordic bath open all year round!

Quiet 2-person studio in the Pilat

If you'd like a relaxing and quiet stay, you've found the right place. I offer you a small Studio for 1 or 2 people located in the Pilat Natural Park, at the Croix Régis pass in the commune of HAIES. Babies are also welcome: on request, I will install a baby bed and a small bathtub. The studio is located 10 km from Givors, Rive de Gier, Condrieu, Vienne and Loire sur Rhône. Trains from Givors station reach Lyon Part Dieu in 18 minutes.

Quiet - Renovated barn - Parc du Pilat

In a small hamlet, renovated barn and decorated in a rustic and artisanal spirit you will stay in an area of 60 m2 kitchen, living room and a large bedroom 20 m2 with toilet and en-suite shower room. Near nature you can go on beautiful hikes, or relax on the terrace with a superb view, a small football with the children or a pétanque before the aperitif, it is possible too. Large but unenclosed lot, close to animals in the neighborhood.

Located in our property, you have independent access with a parking space and a private terrace that is not overlooked. It has been entirely designed to ensure you have a real romantic getaway. Whether admiring the sunset or the stars in the HOT TUB, enjoy a moment of unique relaxation.

The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60 m2 for up to 2 people, with a queen-size double bed.
