Increible casa moderna en chacra con 100 m de costa de río a 150 km de CABA. Se accede por tierra, es un loteo cerrado de chacras, con caminos no transitados por terceros. A 20 min del pueblo de Villa Paranacito. Tiene fogon con parrilla, muelle para pesca, río navegable y seguro, kayaks. Dos has de campo para pasear.
