Apartment holiday rentals in La Condesa

We stayed here during our honeymoon, and it was the perfect home base for our time in Mexico City. The location is incredible—right at Fuente de Cibeles, within walking distance to restaurants in Roma Norte and the parks of Condesa and Hipódromo. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for easy breakfasts, and we found that simply opening the windows kept the space cool and comfortable throughout the day and into the evening. The view of the CDMX skyline from the apartment is genuinely unbelievable. We started every morning with coffee and it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City!

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations -10x nicer and spacious in person, photos did not do it justice. My friend and I were extremely pleased with the speediness of Jimena’s responses, the thought to all details in the Airbnb, and wonderful door service by Diego. The apt smells lovely and clean, very walkable to lots of cute coffee shops, and safe. 100% recommend and would stay here again!

Esther was extremely flexible with check-in and was a great host. The apartment is in a 10/10 location within a 15-minute walk to hundreds of restaurants/cafes/bars. The Airbnb is beautiful and has an amazing terrace which you can enjoy with Mexico City's great climate.

The place is as shown in the photos, it is in a safe and very accessible area. Columba is a super host, always attentive and making sure everything was fine. The building's security staff also provided excellent service.

We had an amazing stay at Eduardo’s place! The Airbnb was exactly what we needed during our 5 day stay in CDMX. The space is perfect for 1-2 people, it has a small bedroom, bathroom and kitchen - the basics. The location was great with lots of walkable parks, restaurants, etc. Eduardo provided a welcome basket with coffee, drinks and ear plugs. The apartment is located in a private space but there was some street noise, not a big deal for us. A small shampoo and lotion was provided, be suds to bring your own basics. Overall, we had a great stay with no issues. Super easy to reach the host, clean and cute space!

We had the most wonderful stay! Will is such a caring host - we felt deeply moved by their hospitality and consideration. Will was very responsive throughout. The apartment is beautiful! We loved the area - it is beautiful and walkable. We really loved the apartment and were struck by the care of our hosts. This the best Airbnb I have ever stayed - we would love to come back and stay again. I recommend it!!!

The stay was great. The location is excellent Areli and Ivan were clear with the instructions. We arrived in the evening but with the self check-in there was no problem at all. The photos totally match the place. We were greeted with snacks and water.

Gorgeous place to stay in CDMX! We couldn't get over the incredible views of Chapultepec park and the surrounding area that can be enjoyed from the balcony and rooftop. The building itself is very nice, quiet, and felt safe with the security at the entrance. The location is perfect, on a quiet street of Condesa walking distance to the amazing nearby parks, shops, and restaurants. Hosts were very communicative and provided detailed check-in instructions. Overall, we were so grateful to have a relaxing, nice place (with AC!) to come home to after long days of exploring the city.

Beautiful apartment in a good location. Extremely clean and stocked with everything one could need. Fernando was wonderfully communicative and helpful with anything we might need.

The apartment was clean and easy to access the Dormans were friendly and helpful the only inconvenience was that the main entrance don’t have a ramp for the luggage so we needed to enter by the garage and no visitors allowed it’s a boomer cuz I have a lot of family that I haven’t seen for awhile they should be more open about it The location was great walkable for restaurants , bars & coffee places btw a lot of options the bottom line everything was great a have a great time Mariana was really helpful and she responded right away I’m definitely will be back

Maja was amazing — truly one of the best hosts I’ve had! The apartment is beautiful and peaceful, with the added charm of birds visiting the feeder in the early morning. The temperature was great during our stay. Maja went above and beyond — after we left, she found some meds I had forgotten, and sent them over in an Uber. Seriously impressive! Five stars all around!!!

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

I took such a long time to decide where to book and I am SO glad I booked this place. Geo clearly knows how to be a great host!. The apartment was clean and with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building is in a busy street, however the location of the apartment was very quiet. There was always friendly security ready to let us in and out. The bed! Very comfortable! Weather was hot, but fans were enough to keep us cool at night. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat for the cleanliness, feeling very well taken care of and the location. Oh! and we SO appreciated the water filter!

We loved our stay at this place in Condesa/Roma Norte. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and looked just like the photos. The location is amazing—right near Parque México and surrounded by tons of great restaurants, bars, and cafes (ie Odette, Tlecan, just to name a few). It was a good homebase. We felt really safe the whole time — there is 24/7 security in the building with the nicest security guards. The host was great—super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions and was very proactive/professional. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very nice location with a very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and cafe's to choose from. Markets were close as well as nice boutiques on Amsterdam Street. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as we did a lot of walking and various excursions.. The kitchen was well equipments and the roof top pool and loungers was a nice place for a quick dip and relaxing after a busy day. We highly recommend this apartment and Luis and colleagues were very helpfull

This was a fantastic place to stay for a week in CDMX. Pros: - The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the trendiest neighborhoods in CDMX which has tons of food and is super clean and walkable. - Viridiana is very responsive. We had a minor issue (more in Cons) and she made it right! - The apartment came with free coffee and a large container of filtered water. - The place was spotless, and huge. The patio is really nice, and the building staff were friendly with the check-in. Cons: - The pool was unfortunately broken when we arrived due to heavy rains. They were actively working on fixing it the entire week we were there, so hopefully it will be fixed soon. - The apartment faces a busy road. It is quiet enough with the doors closed, but very loud with windows open. - The AC in the main bedroom does not work since it isn't connected to outside air. (Not a problem for our visit--we mostly kept the windows open to keep things cool).

Isaac was an excellent host and very communicative. He recommended some very nice restaurants, which we enjoyed. He was always making sure that we didn’t need anything during our stay. His condo is beautiful with beautiful views. We were all girls traveling and felt very safe to stay at his place. We will consider him in the future again. Very nice restaurants nearby that are walkable. The area is very clean and pretty.
