House holiday rentals in La Cotinière, Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron

Nice house, nothing was missing. It is clean and in a very quiet corner. Very close to Domino where there is a grocery store, a bakery and a market. You can rent bikes right next door or at Domino. Sonia was super nice. The Les Sables restaurant at the campsite was very nice!

We had a great weekend at Angelique's house, a friendly and very responsive host. The house is very nice, functional and clean. The view from the terrace of the pool below and the dunes in the background with access to the beach is a real plus. The whole family, young and old, loved it. Just beware of the additional services (sheets, towels, tea towels, cleaning, etc.) that are not included and for which Angélique offers packages to be paid extra.

Excellent stay in this beautiful house in St Marie de Ré. As described, as well as our expectations. Responsive and accommodating host for departure times. I recommend it for a stay with family or friends, with a pool that makes all the difference. Thank you.

We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful house on the island of Oléron. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: the house is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The environment is quiet, green and ideal to unwind. The location is perfect for exploring the island easily. A huge thank you to our host, who was welcoming, available and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

Very nice rental in a very quiet area of St Pierre d 'Oléron and very close to Cotinière. Anything can be done by bicycle. There's nothing missing from this house that turned out to be very fresh ,appreciable with 33 outside. Catherine is very available ,concerned about your comfort and attentive even if she can't be there when you arrive. We recommend it ++++++

Nadine is a very nice, unobtrusive hostess. We were very satisfied with their house, adjacent to a small garden with terrace, on the other side of the house a green courtyard with a shady tree, suitable both as a parking space for the car and as a lounge area. St. Pierre with its beautiful market hall was very pleasant in the preseason, for strolling and shopping as well as with good gastronomy. We would love to come back and recommend the house!

Book in June to cycle around the island. The location of the cotiniere is perfect because it is central, the accommodation is a stone's throw from the port with shops and restaurants. The beach is just next door, within walking distance. The house is quiet and functional. The air conditioning is in the kitchen/living room area. I haven't used it, but it must be just for the rooms if it's very hot. Ask hosts who respond quickly. Perfect stay because the house is very nice and ideally located.

We had a lovely stay with the family in Irene's house. The accommodation is very nice (new), clean, well-equipped and in a good location (in a quiet hamlet, surrounded by vineyards, but still close to the Cotiniere and St Pierre, a few minutes by bike via the bike paths)

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

We had a great time at Melanie's home. The house is spacious and comfortable. It has all the necessary equipment (including the small details and basic supplies that make the difference). The house has a garage for bicycles, which is a plus because we brought ours. We found the location of the house perfect for exploring the whole island of Oléron by bike. Great value overall. We'll be happy to go back!

On a business trip, we enjoyed the calm and comfort after the days at the embroidery show. Melanie was very available both when we arrived and when we left. We will be delighted to book during our next visit 🌸🌿

I highly recommend. A very welcoming and available host, very good advice. Regarding the accommodation, it has all the appliances or utensils of everyday life and even more (board games, beach, deckchair etc). All this in a very pleasant and soothing setting (hydrangea, fuchsia, olive tree, jasmine, etc.) including on foot all the useful shops (Vival) and tourist attractions (tourist office, shops, restaurants, bike rides, beach, etc.).
