With a separate entrance, it consists of a living room with a 140 x 190 bed, equipped kitchenette, TV, dressing room, separate shower room. Shops and city buses nearby (Direct to Old Port, Minimes Beach or City Center). Please note, towels and bed sheets are not provided. Cleaning must be done on departure (optional €15 to be specified when booking).

This charming 46 m2 house/apartment, freshly renovated is in the historic heart of St Martin (18th century building). Ideally located, a short walk to the port, market and shops. Softness, warm light, the decor is neat. Each object has been chosen to live in a simple and pleasant way: current comfort with antique objects. Our refuge overlooks the beautiful Place de la République and a private, classified and bucolic courtyard. Welcome!

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
