Accommodation, quiet with excellent service from the host, excellent amenities, such as outdoor swimming pools, gym, game room, restaurants and movie theater. Tranquility in the place, warmth of the facilities and a host who is very attentive to the needs. We would definitely come back.

Highly recommend this property! José is fantastic very helpful and responsive! The property is spectacular comes with all the amenities. Everything is brand new. There’s a reverse osmosis water filtration system so no need to worry about water either. The grounds are spectacular. There was never a time that we couldn’t find a beach lounger. The concierge office helped us with our missing luggage very very helpful. I can’t recommend enough.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. There were lots of spaces to socialize with other guests, and our own private apartment unit with all the amenities we needed. You do need a moderate fitness level for the short walk from the beach/town to the Villa, but we like having a bit of exercise built into our day. Our 1 month vacation zipped by way too fast as we very much enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed here for a sailing clinic. Very walkable and enjoyed the quiet surroundings.

Open floor plan with 2 balconies made this just right for my family. Four pools on site in a lovely gated community. The host was very responsive to our needs. The AC was great and WiFi was on point. My only suggestion to guests would be to realize this is not walkable to restaurants or shopping. However, Uber rides and buses got us where we wanted to go. I enjoyed my stay very much and would choose this condo again.

The tropical gardens were lush and beautifully maintained — full of vibrant greenery, colorful flowers, and winding paths that made every walk feel like an escape. The pools were clean and peaceful. Inside, the space was just as impressive. Everything was spotless, tastefully decorated, and clearly put together with care. The design struck a perfect balance between cozy and elegant, with natural textures, warm lighting, and thoughtful accents that made it feel like home — or honestly, better than home! It’s rare to find a place where both the setting and the space are equally amazing. This one absolutely nailed it. We left completely relaxed and already dreaming of coming back.

We arrived earlier than expected and did everything to accommodate us earlier than expected. Thank you very much. Everything was great. The only thing is that in low season as it is a private area there is not much to find restaurants because they close early. Recommendation to buy something every time you get to the apartment. Everything else is very good. THANK YOU.

Everything was excellent except that the elevator didn't work and it was very difficult to climb the carriage 5 flights up.

The apartment is really comfortable and tastefully furnished, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay, the complex has very well-kept gardens where you can enjoy walking to the beach, the pools are at an excellent temperature, the host's service is very good, I would definitely return again.

I had a vacation with my son and dad and the experience was excellent. The apartment is impeccable. The place is in a very exclusive complex and is ideal for resting and being with the family. You have to consider a deposit of 3 thousand pesos for use of facilities and 8 thousand pesos if you want to consume on the premises. I would repeat if I thought about it my stay with Gabriel.

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problem

What an exceptional stay in the heart of Zona Romántica! The apartment was not only spacious and beautifully designed, but also offered breathtaking open ocean views that we enjoyed every day. Its location is perfect—surrounded by fantastic restaurants both in town and along the beach, all within easy walking distance. The highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool—absolutely stunning and likely the largest in town. With 360-degree views of the ocean and city, it was the perfect place to relax any time of day. You truly can’t ask for a better rooftop experience. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We were warmly welcomed by the staff with a bottle of wine, and the 24/7 reception added an extra layer of convenience and security. A luxurious and memorable stay—we can’t wait to come back! The space is bright, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The rooms are large, the beds are super comfortable, and we slept so well every night. Waking up to the ocean view was a highlight. Anhai was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. She made everything easy and stress-free. Outside, the view is stunning and the whole place is quiet and peaceful. We loved having coffee on the terrace and just listening to the sound of the waves. The resort amenities were also excellent—clean, well-maintained, and convenient. It was a truly memorable stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Pros: Gorgeous landscaped property with multiple pools/jacuzzis/hot tubs, the host Regina was super-responsive and helpful, quiet beach with no big waves and no vendors, lots of seating options, condo was very clean and well-equipped, lovely decor, not a party resort Cons: Mattress and pillows were firmer than we prefer, beach was a bit rocky, there was some construction noise (not constant)

I’ve been to Sayulita 30ish times in the last few years. This is my new favorite location. I’ve stayed here twice in the last month. I’ll be booking here every time I come back if it’s available.

I had a fantastic stay here! The place was exactly as pictured and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The rooftop amenities were a huge plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Great location too— walking distance to the mall, Walmart, Sam’s and an Oxxo. Louis was very communicative throughout the check-in process and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again.
