Todo estuvo perfecto! De verdad una casa increíble! Cualquier duda que teníamos, Jonathan y su equipo estaban al pendiente! Todo muy limpio y tal como se ve en la fotos! Fue mi despedida de soltera, fuimos muchas y la verdad la casa nos quedó increíble! 100% recomendada🌊🤩

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

Tuvimos una buena experiencia en general durante nuestra estancia en la casa, aunque hubo algunos inconvenientes que es importante mencionar. Al llegar, varios aires acondicionados no funcionaban correctamente (en dos habitaciones y en la sala), lo que nos afectó durante tres noches. Además, uno de ellos tiraba mucha agua. También encontramos un alacrán en una de las habitaciones y la alberca no recibió limpieza durante toda nuestra estancia. Fuera de esos detalles, disfrutamos muchísimo la casa. Los espacios son muy agradables y cómodos para convivir en familia. La ubicación es excelente: cerca de playas, restaurantes, farmacias y todo lo necesario para moverse fácilmente. Agradecemos mucho la atención de nuestra coanfitriona Kari, quien estuvo siempre al pendiente, buscando soluciones rápidas y siendo muy amable, incluso ante las complicaciones por las lluvias. A pesar de los inconvenientes, pasamos días muy felices en familia y valoramos mucho las amenidades y el ambiente del lugar.

This villa is gorgeous. It was perfect for a mini family reunion. Each couple had our own casita, we had fantastic communal meals in the outdoor kitchen, and we played fun games in the living room at night. The pool is perfect. Friends in the USA who I sent photos to said they looked like postcards. We would definitely stay here again.

Excelente, nos encanta San Pacho y donde siempre sean bienvenidas nuestras mascotas 🐶❤️!! La casa tiene todo lo necesario, la alberca tiene timer por lo que está climatizada el agua lo cual hace muy agradable la estancia 😊, Como crítica constructiva le falta un poco de mantenimiento y limpieza al mobiliario de cocina como lo son refrigerador y estufa así como las áreas verdes poda y hojarascas. También agregaría tener un poco más de privacidad con el vecino de al lado, quizá poner alguna malla sombra. Steve estuvo siempre al pendiente de nosotros sin duda volveríamos !

The apartment is beautiful and centrally located in Zona Romantica, within easy walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. The hosts were great and were very accommodating of our requests. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

We spent a delightful 3 months in this beautiful condo! It is bright, with beautiful views of the golf course, mountains and surrounding area. It is well located to grocery shopping, restaurants, hair and beauty salons, etc. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and caring.

Just a beautiful place to stay. The last time my husband and I went to Puerto Vallarta, we stayed in a hotel, which was more expensive and honestly, chaotic and crowded. Staying at Alexander's place was the opposite - peaceful, full kitchen, beautiful rooftop pool, and the location could not be better. 10/10 would stay again. The apartment was gorgeous.

I have so many wonderful things to say about this apartment! The location is great, close enough to be walkable to everything while still removed enough to be peaceful. It was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable 5-day stay: black-out shades, washer and dryer (such a rare, welcome perk!), detergent and shampoo, fully functioning kitchen (the coffee machine and blender got a lot of use) and tons of towels. The balcony was amazing, we spent many hours out there reading and working or just watching the weather roll in over the mountains. And, of course, the building, ground-floor pool and garden were just beautiful. I've been feeling a bit let-down by Airbnbs lately but this one far exceeded expectations. Thanks for everything!

Un lugar muy agradable para pasar días tranquilos conla familia, tiene una terraza muy bonita, muchos utensilios de cocina, agua caliente. El lugar me pareció muy seguro. La Señora Crucita fue siempre muy atenta y amable.

Ricardo’s place is just a block off the town plaza, which was great for participating in the local festival of San Sebastián! It was also really easy to walk up to a different area of the town, where we discovered some cool places including a coffee roasters with parrots in the back!

Súper bonito, relajante y sobre todo con una vista maravillosa, Ixchel es una súper buena anfitriona, lo recomiendo muchísimo, y no desaprovechen el pasar a comerse unos churros con un chocolate, de verdad súper recomendado, espero regresar pronto.☺️🫶🏼

Wow, Yelapa is such a dream. Upon arriving here you immediately feel like you've found you're own little beach side paradise. Anita and her family were so welcoming and responsive and we felt right at home. I will note that if you are a sensitive sleeper BRING EAR PLUGS as the house is right on the road and the ATVs start cruising by pretty early in the morning. Definitely was not anywhere near a dealbreaker for us, but something to note.

El alojamiento está mucho mejor de lo que se anuncia, a unos metros del mar, está cómodo y todo muy bonito, excelente ubicación y la zona es muy tranquila, el lugar tiene todo para tener una estancia y experiencia única, además de que siempre están al pendiente por si necesitas algo y eso facilita mucho tu vida, no duden en reservar, ampliamente recomendado.
