Very clean and a great location - minutes walk to the Sirena store for groceries and to the Malecon. Yakayra was always very responsive, excellent host. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay in Santiago de los Caballeros! The apartment was centrally located, spacious, and spotless. One of my favorite features was the large living room with an incredible view of the Monument—perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. Eduardo was an exceptional host—very communicative and attentive from start to finish. What really stood out was when I accidentally left my laptop behind; Eduardo messaged me immediately, even before I realized it was missing. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Santiago. Between the location, the cleanliness, the size, and the top-notch service, it’s definitely a great value for the money. Would absolutely stay here again!

Terrific villa just as described. The pool and patio were great, and we made extensive use of the kitchen. I have been to this area many times, and can assert this villa in a great spot with easy access to Laguna SOV, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Robert responded quickly to our questions as well. Great spot for a family!!!

I spent two wonderful weeks in May with friends and family at the Coconut Hut, and it was a fantastic experience. The house was spotless upon arrival and comfortably accommodated the five of us. We made great use of the pool and barbecue area, which offered a nice balance of sun and shade in the backyard. We even had the chance to host a small event with more guests, and the space worked out perfectly. When it came time to relax, the house was well air-conditioned, though we did notice a few minor water leaks from the units—nothing major, just something to keep an eye on. The bedrooms stayed cool, while the main living area relied on a fan for airflow. Whenever we had a question or minor issue, the hosts were easy to reach, quick to respond, and very helpful. I truly appreciated their attentiveness. I’d definitely recommend staying at one of their properties. I had an amazing time. Everything was conveniently located—local grocery stores like Jumbo and Sirena were 10-minutes away.

the stay we spent was very pleasant, the place is less than 10 minutes from Playa Dorada, which is one of the most pleasant in Puerto Plata, I recommend the place.
