Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Etang Neuf is located in the heart of the Vendée bocage in the countryside just 10 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou, 1 hr from Vendee beaches, 1h30 from Futuroscope, 15 min from Poupet, 1 hr from Nantes and Angers. We acquired this estate in July 2024. You will enjoy the beautiful setting and tranquility of the place by strolling around the pond (unsecured) or relaxing by the pool. Our house is located in the village and we share the premises (swimming pool and green spaces).

Great for quiet stays with family or friends, our accommodation is located 15 minutes from Puy du Fou to welcome you in the countryside in a village of 4 houses and 5 minutes from the Sèvre Nantaise to take nice walks on foot or by canoe. 1 hour drive, the sea, the Poitevin marsh and its Green Venice, the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, the troglodyte caves and the banks of the Loire allow you to discover the region. The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.

A real gîte of character in the heart of a beautiful Poitevin village, 5 minutes from Pescalis, 35 minutes from Puy-du-Fou, 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, and 1 hour 20 minutes from Futuroscope. Restored and very well furnished outbuilding of an old mansion, with enclosed garden. An above-ground swimming pool (Zodiac type, 7 m x 5 m), located on the owners' property, is also accessible for guests.
