This luxury vacation rental of 240 m2 is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, formerly owned by a rich industrialist of the "thirty glorious years". Renovated while preserving the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, have lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 living room with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, Canal+... virtual headset, video library, library. Tennis accessible at any time.

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Close to Tanchet beach 3 km away, shops and bike paths that run along the Corniche. Very comfortable and very bright with sleeping area, equipped kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and its outdoors. Pets are not allowed, non-smoking. Check-in time: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m., key given by the host on arrival. French-English hosts.
