Il est idéalement situé car quartier calme et familiale tout en étant à 5 min du centre de la station à pied et à 20m du télésiège de Labrau et caisses ainsi que loueurs et commerces. Il y a un étage pour accéder au Bâtiment du logement qui est lui même au 1ier étage. La résidence dispose de deux parkings privés au pied de l’immeuble.
