JONZAC , its cure and its nautical center " THE WEST INDIES" open all year, 25kms. VAUBAN and its citadel of BLAYE await you for a relaxing afternoon. "LE LOFT" is equidistant from ANGOULEME and BORDEAUX. Finally, the PERIGORD , a must-see, with its historical, cultural and archaeological heritage.

The beautiful Girondine is happy to welcome you to its adjoining cottage (40m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with its wine-making activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and offers parking and bicycle shelter. British Franco, Jany and his daughter Felicia will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on the sights to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. Cozy and furnished apartment.

Very nice small furnished apartment for seasonal rental by the night, by the week or more for workers on the go. A kitchen ( microwave , nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge ) with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with bed ( 160X200 ), a bathroom with walk-in shower, hanging toilet and sink. All on the ground floor, but two steps to get there. Gated outdoor parking with electric gate. Down duvet, allergy warning.

La Maison d'Augusta Family home in the Countryside

Augusta's house is welcoming and spacious. Located in the heart of nature, quiet, this cottage is ideal for rest and family walks. A few minutes from Lake Beauvallon (Montguyon), Saint-Aulaye beach (Dordogne) or Aubeterre (Charente), it's very easy to enjoy swimming and sightseeing. The Domaine de Pinsac and Andy Booth's famous school are only 7 kilometers from the farm. Idleness, rest and fishing at the edge of the ponds.

Welcome to our wooden cabin with its fireplace and boat. The cabin is located on the edge of a pond and next to a forest. Here you will find peace and the sounds of nature. We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is conveniently located because it is close to the Gironde and its vineyards and the Dordogne. You can also enjoy the Haute Saintonge circuit (2 km) and the Lac de Beauvallon recreation center (3 km). ONLY CATS ARE ACCEPTED, for an extra charge.
