I have stayed here for many years. Its my favorite place to stay!! Aruns place is always clean. Security is great. The view is absolutely gorgeous. If I had to make a recommendation I'd say get a mattress topper or new mattress. But I only say that because my back is already messed up. Its very comfortable there. I can't wait to come back!

If you ever had the chance to design your own three-bedroom condo right on the beach, this would be what you would design. It was just perfect.

This place was very beautiful and peaceful. The ocean view was so relaxing. Jose was very responsive to all my needs and very understanding. I would definitely recommend this place again to anyone. I hope to go back soon.

My family and I throughly enjoy our visit to Las Gaviotas. The community was safe and well maintained. The house was beautiful! We appreciated the extra blankets and space heaters especially at this time of year. Karen was in touch with us and answered all of our questions. We absolutely appreciated being able to leave later than 10:00 the morning we left. My family and I would love to come and visit again!

Just like their property, Susan & Daphne were inviting and cheerful! Fabulous hosts who were so responsive and helpful, they made us feel right at home. The property itself has a stunning view of the beach, with wide windows to enjoy that view unadulterated from the inside and a great patio to enjoy it from outside. We were on a romantic couple’s long weekend and stayed mostly the entire time at the property. The kitchen had a great amount of surface space for cooking, which was a fun bonus. Tucked at the end of Rosarito Beach, we felt very safe and undisturbed, yet just a quick ride away when we wanted to venture into town. Comfortable and clean.

This place was spotless, spacious, and incredibly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well thought out and welcoming. We really enjoyed our two nights stay. Kelly took good care of us. My son got sick the first night and Kelly took good care of us and quickly and easily cleaned our sheets for us for which we were very grateful. Highly recommended!
