Large independent studio in a private villa in the mountains that offers you quiet and exceptional sea views, 20 minutes from Saint-Denis. The studio is attached to my villa, it has a separate entrance, in a recent and secure residence, unlimited access to the pool. Small luxury house

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Independent, non-attached accommodation, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in complete peace and quiet. Brand new, you can accommodate parents and children in two separate bedrooms. You can work thanks to a quality Wi-Fi connection. A nice shower room and a well-equipped kitchenette. A private terrace with outdoor kitchen. Finally, access to our pool and a beautiful fire pit, both with views of the Indian Ocean and nature!

Designed for 2 people, it is composed of: - a bedroom, an outdoor bathroom (hot water) and toilet, an outdoor open space with equipped kitchenette and a garden with jacuzzi and swimming pool. Located by the sea in Saint Paul bay in an exceptional nature reserve (coconut grove and pond), close to trade downtown, Saint Paul market and Tamarins road. Quiet place.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Independent studio in wooded garden

Studio on two floors. On the ground floor, living/dining room and bathroom. Outside you will find a kitchen equipped with a washing machine available. Upstairs, a large air-conditioned bedroom with storage and a desk. The king size bed is equipped with a mosquito net. All in a large wooded garden with swimming pool. 2-bedroom bungalow – 30 m2 with private pool and sea view

Located at the bottom of our garden, in a quiet and secure subdivision, 5 minutes' walk to the beach (restaurants, etc.), this accommodation offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean and the private pool located below. Ideally located in the west of Réunion, it will be a starting point for exploring the wonders of the island (bus stop 500 m away and Route des Tamarins 8 min away).

Villa des Brises – the studio

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!

The apartment is located about 10 minutes from Boucan canot Beach, 15 min from the lagoon. The situation is also perfect for hiking lovers as we are on the road to The Maido and the Grand Bénare. We are 5 min from the city of Saint Paul and it’s famous market. This quiet appartement is in the middle of a little tropical garden and near by the swimming pool.
