Eco-Tiny House in privat old orchard, 700m²

Our Tiny House is located at the border of the National Park Du Morvan. A beautiful quiet area, with lots of hiking and cycling paths. As well we are offering a great work space with excellent WIFI inside and outside the accomodation. It's located in the old orchard next to our house on 700m² privat ground. We build it in 2017 almost entirely of second hand materials. We purify our waste water ourselves. Partly because of this, we use ecological wash and cleaning products.

Sleeping in a cozy farmhouse with a beautiful view over the surrounding meadows? In the small, peaceful village of Cossaye, we rent out the HIDE OUT: the perfect place to unwind. Here, you can enjoy the stunning sunset every evening from the terrace and watch the cows roaming freely in the adjacent pasture. Inside, you will find all the comfort you need, and in the winter, you can warm up by the wood stove. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks.

Small country house

Refurbished independent accommodation of 50m2 including: - A kitchen(!the washing machine does not work!), a living room with clic clac (a third person can stay on this one), a bathroom with toilet, upstairs a bedroom with two small beds, an exterior of about 150m2. -Barbecue available (If it is not on the veranda, do not hesitate to ask us!!) Linens provided, towels not provided. Parties are not allowed. Pets allowed for free:)

Small 45 m² house on the side canal of the Loire. For nature lovers, the cottage is located in an ideal setting to relax by the canal (10 m from the bank) and close to the Loire. Linens are provided. An isolated charming house, surrounded by nature, backed by a magnificent hardwood forest "la Bresseille". The first neighbor is 450 m away, it's me! You need calm, silence, clean air, an unobstructed and relaxing view: this house is for you. It is also a paradise for children who can have fun safely from October 2023 to April 2024 an additional 20 euros will be requested for heating and electricity. Or €100 per night

It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers where every season has its assets.

Camping on a farm in a 4 m2 wooden teepee!

Small wooden tipi of 4m2, heated with small electric heater! There is just a 2 seater mattress inside, sheets are provided + duvet! For bathrooms, you will have a hot shower area + dry toilet 30m from the tipi, in a module under the greenhouse. the kitchen is also under the unheated greenhouse!
