We had a pleasant stay in peace and serenity. The place and especially the garden are beautiful! Although there are houses around, you quickly feel like a private place just for yourself. The quality of the services (coffee, drinks), the beauty of the apartment and Cyril's kindness to us were worth a visit. He even alerted us to forget to close our vehicle window in pouring rain! We recommend this place where you quickly forget that it is located in the city center!

Beautiful accommodation with a small pool that does its job but an environment that makes you disconnect. we arrived by truck which could have been a problem to park but everything was done to be able to park safely thank you.

House very well located, ideal for family with children, lots of games and barbecue and green area in the middle of Lyon, I recommend 100%!

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

We had a wonderful time at this place! Delphine and Guillaume were very available and responsive by message throughout the stay. The villa is spacious, impeccable, and perfectly in line with the listing. We felt at home there for a birthday afternoon. I recommend this address with my eyes closed, 10/10!

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily complete some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

Great host and great place. Olivier is very responsive, with good advice and very pleasant. 10/10 accommodation: Clean, convenient, complete to stay there for a few days. I stayed there for 3 days, as part of the Sirha trade show as a pro stay. Very quiet, clean and good bedding, it feels like home. We came as a group of 4 for a night in Lyon following a concert. Lionnel and his wife were very responsive and very flexible with arrival times. Lionnel allowed us to come earlier, and with the road we arrived even earlier than expected: his wife still received us. We were wonderfully welcomed: cherries from the garden, homemade marble cake, bottles of water in the fridge. And of course, the kindness and friendliness of Lionnel's wife. As his wife wished, we felt at home. The accommodation was very well arranged, breakfast on the small terrace with the sun was very pleasant. We would like to thank Lionnel's wife for her kindness, friendliness and generosity. Thanks also to Lionnel for his responsiveness and availability. I highly recommend this listing! What is certain is that I will return for my next stay in Lyon.

Impeccable home with a breathtaking view. It is quiet but close to all shops. We did not meet our hosts but Sarah heard from us throughout the entire stay. Recommended +++++

We had a wonderful one month stay and the apartment was much more than we had even hoped for. Bright, spacious yet cozy, beautiful bathrooms, etc. And views from the living room windows and the outdoor terrace were so beautiful. This truly is a wonderful home. We had an unfortunate issue with the refrigerator dying, but the owners were extremely responsive. They ran out and purchased a small temporary fridge to get us by, and then had a whole new fridge delivered and installed. All within 36 hours at most. They also went out and bought a toaster when we asked about the availability of one for the apartment. All in all we can’t recommend this home enough to other travelers.

Very beautiful house and gardens. As soon as you pass the gate you find yourself in such a relaxing environment. The garden is very large and really beautiful with lots of large old trees and a nice view of Lyon. The pool is large, heated and very clean. The house is large and well equipped and had very nice views to the outside. All in all a very nice place to stay in. We were surprised by the city of Lyon itself. We visited the free zoo and surrounding gardens, the old town and the basilique Notre Dame on top of the hill. All places exceeded our expectations, were clean and safe. All in all we had a great week.

Pleasant stay, pleasant host, accommodating and very responsive. Very quiet house, "original" staircase. The equipment could be improved with a toaster or even a microwave.

Many positive points: Clean apartment, matches the photos, easy to check in and out, impeccable communication with the host, metro close to the apartment. Small negative points: a little narrow for 6 people and the terrace would benefit from being maintained. Thanks for the stay.
