Cape Cod on the Colorado River

House is in Moovalya Keys on canals going out to the Parker Strip section of the Colorado River. Nicely located just off main canal giving easy access to the river. Canals are 5 mph making for safe mooring, swimming or floating on rafts. House has private 50' dock in front w/2 levels of patio. Faces East giving it afternoon shade during hottest part of the day, but sun worshipers can still get sun on upper patio. Located right across the canal from my other house The Pointe if more room needed

Three decks, game room with pool table, air hockey, fooseball and big screen TV. 4 bedroom/5 bathroom plus lower level dorm style room with 11 extra beds including full sofa bed on game room floor/ 18 beds total. You will love the cozy atmosphere with all amenities and linens provided. It boasts two family rooms, 80" TV, big screen TV's in bedrooms. Two fireplaces and BBQ. Laundry facilities on site.

Wake up to a beautiful panoramic view of the river. Our house is on the riverfront with a patio overlooking the river, mountains & private community beach. What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site. Come relax & make some fun memories on the river! CHEERS!

Our large family has been creating memories at this house for many years. It is equipped with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable, carefree vacation. We love that others can enjoy it and make their own wonderful memories. The Castaway House is in the Keys, on the riverfront in a calmer, safer current area. The sandy beach is the perfect spot to put your toes in the water, chair in the sand. The bedrooms offer everyone their own space, with comfortable, quality bedding and smart TVs.

Beautiful 2 story home in the Keys with private 50 ft dock. Spend your vacation floating in the canals when you are not out boating on the water. We are conveniently located within min of a free boat launch and just a quick 5 min shuttle ride to bars and restaurants. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own private full bathroom with 2 additional bathrooms. Garage parking as well as 2 spaces outside of garage. There is overflow parking as well. Sorry no pets allowed!!!
