Beautiful house, clean and very comfortable! We loved the hammock detail, my family and I took turns lying down for a while. It's easy to get to the accommodation and the area is very quiet. The location of this vacation home is perfect. Literally a few feet from the beach and restaurants. The place was absolutely wonderful! Everything was so clean and comfortable. My daughters felt at home and safe. The host Ernesto was friendly, helpful and was prompt with communication. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean and a great value near the water in El Centenario. Enrique was a great host, he communicated well and was available if we needed anything. House is well located for easy access to airport, La Paz and restaurants. Having a private pool made this feel like a luxury retreat. There are a lot of noisy dogs in the area, not the host’s fault, but just something to be aware of if it bothers you.

The location of the place is actually in real good central area where you have access to all the nice places like Balandra Beach 32 minutes away any other beach 25

This is the 5th time I have stayed at Rosa Maria's place over the last 4 years and I can't say enough about this place! It is so clean and comfortable and perfectly located. This time, I drove down to La Paz from Phoenix, so it was especially nice to have the secure parking so I could leave things in my car without worrying about it. The host is so responsive - I noticed a plumbing issue one day during my 2+ week stay and Rosa Maria had a plumber come and fix the issue within hours. I love this place, and I will stay there every time I go to La Paz!

Excellent location, beautiful and functional apartment. Everything was well cared for and the kitchen was complete. Very good located one street from the Malecon.

Beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful time. It has enough room to fit 6 adults. The common areas (living, kitchen and deck) are spacious and great to hang as group. Xochitl was very responsive and provided great instructions. There’s a private beach closer to the apartment and another public beach beside the beach club 10 mins walking. The apartment complex has restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market with groceries. We rented a car which made it easier to move to the malecon and city center.

We always come back to this place, it has everything 🫶

The apartment is in an excellent area, close to the esplanade and there is an Oxxo nearby and a birrieria, as well as tacos el estadio, I will definitely stay again ♥️

Very good location and easy check in.

Very close to the malecon, about a 5 minute drive. My husband and I loved the pool! It was very clean and felt great during these hot days even thought it’s not heated. Host was very responsive and allowed a flexible check in/check out.

The apartment is amazing, very clean and comfortable. The truth is that the host was amazing with super valuable information and with very good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thank you so much for hosting us!

The condo is beautiful, spacious and extremely well equipped with every amenity you need for a great stay. Plus the ocean view from the living room and balcony is stunning. The location is extremely convenient, right off the main boardwalk and walking distance to tons of food options. (Note that you can expect some noise in the evening, being located so close to the Malecon.) The host was super communicative and flexible with our checkin/checkout process. We had a fantastic time during our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone visiting La Paz!
