The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

La Casita is very welcoming and is practically new. It has all the basic amenities, lots of light, tranquility and is in the middle of nature, close to the center but located in a beautiful land where we have let live the typical nature of La Paloma: beautiful pines, acacias, flowers and birds. If you want a beach day, it is only a few blocks walk, or a 5 minute drive and you will find the fine white sands and the immensity of the Atlantic Ocean on Anaconda Beach.

Located on a large plot of land and completely fenced, for your peace of mind it has an alarm and wooden posts in the openings. Beautiful and spacious wood stove, roofed deck with barbecue table, armchairs and Paraguayan hammock, has grill and stove in the garden. The cost of ute and ose is added separately.
