An absolutely stunning property! As the reviews have stated, it is a little older but oh my goodness it is in immaculate condition! As an avid hotel stayer this is cleaner than probably any hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Also one of the most peaceful areas ever!

We met for a family reunion and had a great time. The house is spacious and comfortable and the view from the large patio is exceptional. You can really see the river down below and the mountains in the distance. Lovely way to start and end the day.

Incredible house in and incredible location with an incredible host. The house was immaculate and very clean, we felt right at home. Sarah made the whole experience for all guests very memorable, comfortable, and heartwarming. We couldn’t say enough about the house, the stay, or the host. Walkable to so many great places and Monica left a lot of recommendations and information about the area. Beautifully decorated home with elevated touches that makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Would absolutely rent again!

Was an awesome stay! Right around everything that the town has to offer. Went running on the trail behind the home and took dogs to swim river right by it. Perfect location for a stay and beautiful interior to go with it. The family loved it as much as they loved the vacation.

Richard is a friendly and helpful host. I was having some hiccups with my travels and Richard was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Richard has a beautiful backyard with beautiful surrounding landscape. I unfortunately did not spend much time at the cottage but was able to relax and feel right at home after a full day of activities.

We had a wonderful stay here as our home base to Mesa Verde NP! It’s such a unique Airbnb and has everything you need. Brett was very responsive, friendly, and gave great recommendations for Durango and exploring Mesa Verde. This helped make our trip extra special! We went to Chimayo for dinner and both had the best meal we’ve had in awhile. Thank you for a great stay!

A peaceful haven that invites one to relax and enjoy a break from a hectic life. It seems new and is well-decorated, with a splash of bright color. Perfect for 1-2 people. Very efficient use of space; it feels larger than 700 sq. ft. Plenty of windows open to let fresh air through. Unique little neighborhood on a knoll with views -- great 5-min. walk around the lane that makes a loop. Galaxyland has everything you need to cook, but I also enjoyed nearby places with healthy food to eat there or to go: Sage Fresh Eats and Zia's North. Between those places and Galaxyland you cross the Animas River, along which a paved trail runs all the way to the south side of downtown.

We are an older active couple and Durango was a lovely town to spend a week in. Kayaking, the train to Silverton and so much more to fill your time. Donna’s home is perfectly located to just about everything. It gave us just want we needed. We liked relaxing in the Ash tree grove, & being near Animas River and the train tracks. Millie the cat kept us sweet company.

Brooke’s place was great. Ideal location between town and Durango Hot Springs. Spacious and has everything you need. Friendly and responsive host. Looking forward to another trip!

I stayed here while in town for work and had a great experience. The location was convenient and easy to find. The space itself was clean, quiet, and perfect for getting rest after long days. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is a darling location! The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices and great cooking utensils and pots and pans. The hot tub was clean and used both the nights we were there. Both Mike and Elle's suggestions about area activities was very helpful. The marina across the street has great service for rentals. Oh, did I mention the delicious coffee cake, snacks and OJ left for our enjoyment? It was a truly one of our favorite places to stay!

We had a wonderful time here. There is nothing like falling asleep to nature’s sounds and this place was so peaceful - the perfect little getaway from city life. Everything was as described and it was clear that the hosts put thought and effort when designing the home for their guests. We ran into some snags on our end beforehand, and Erik responded with kindness and generosity. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you again!

The place was very cool, and exactly as shown on the listing. It was super comfortable and quiet, and almost felt like home. Melissa was a great host, she was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make sure I had settled in and didn’t have any questions. She also provided a ton of local recommendations. I tried a bunch and none disappointed. Overall super enthusiastic recommendation of this place. Next time I’m in Durango, this will definitely be my first-choice pick of where to stay!

Jen’s place is quiet, comfortable, close enough to anything you’d need in town, and far enough out to relax. We had a restful evening there after a longer than expected drive up from Pie Town and felt it was a great choice!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Durango! Walkable to shops & plenty of food options. Short 10 minute walk to the train station too. Gretchen is a great host, communication was easy and helpful, and the place was clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay in Durango. The view from the condo was beautiful. The pools and workout center were both very nice as well.

The space was cozy and the location was perfect. It had a pool available and its walkable to downtown durango as well as to nearby hikes. Rex was a great host, very responsive and helpful.

Our stay at this mountain apartment in Colorado was amazing! The views were breathtaking, with endless green landscapes, fresh mountain air, and peaceful surroundings. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings with a cup of coffee, taking in the quiet and the beautiful scenery. The location was great—secluded enough to feel like an escape, but still a short drive to restaurants, hiking trails, and fun outdoor activities like rafting. The host was very friendly and responsive, and even gave us great recommendations for local spots. This was our first time visiting the Colorado mountains, and it definitely won’t be our last. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to unplug and enjoy nature!

As others have mentioned, really loved the walkability. And it was so nice to have parking. The condo was clean, the building was average. Didn’t spend much time in the condo, as we preferred to be doing things outside. Katie is very helpful and nice!
