It is located in a development with a pool with a very family atmosphere, surrounded by areas of restoration and leisure. In the winter season it is very quiet and in summer you will have one of the best environments in the area.

Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

Tiene cabida para 4 personas, salón-comedor, cocina aboerta al salón y un baño. Las estancias son muy amplias y especialmente luminosas, al estar situado en esquina dispone de 4 ventanas y balcones en el salón donde entra mucha luz todo el año. La casa es una primera planta sin ascensor con una escalera cómoda de unos 20 escalones.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

A partir del 2027 solo podrán acceder al parking los vehículos con tarjeta ambiental CERO emisiones ó tendrán que aparcar en un parking público de pago.
