On the heights of the village of La Pointe, this former 16th century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in the 19th century, offers breathtaking views of the confluence of Maine and the Loire. A few steps away, the friendly Place Ruzebouc, its cafes and restaurants await you. Angers, its castle, its museums, Terrabotanica are a short drive away. Beautiful walks along the Loire.

Getaway on a cabin deck

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Welcome to the gates of Angers, on the banks of the Loire. Take the small alley that will lead you to the calm of our apartment. Warm and welcoming, it has been tastefully and carefully furnished. Recently renovated, it combines modernity and comfort to offer you a pleasant stay. This place is great for 2–3 people: 2 adults and 1 child or baby. You will immediately feel at ease, with only unpacking and enjoying the premises.

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed.
