Close to the Cathedral and museums, shops and restaurants, in the very heart of Tours. The river, the old town, supermarkets, markets and all places of interest at 5/10 mn walking Close to the train and bus stations, bike rental and information desk, with its own private garage, le Gîte du Centre is an ideal touring base for the castles of the Loire Valley and vineyards. I'll do all my best to make your stay comfortable and to give you further informations if you need it.

Independent floor close to public transport

20 minutes from Tours train station (10 minutes by tram + 10 minutes on foot), ideal for visiting the castles. You will have independent access to the upper floor of the house. If you book for 1 or 2 people, access to one room (extra 20 euros if you want both rooms), if you book for 3 or 4 people, access to two rooms. Baby cot and changing table available. All guests are welcome at our place, but there are stairs. For your information, I live on the floor below

Fully renovated cottage in former stables

Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

Warm house one km from towers

Warm 100 m2 house with three bedrooms in a 50 m2 open plan kitchen living room. Everything is available. Very well located a 5-min walk from the tram. Tours is 1 km away, close to all amenities. I live there half the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility of adding mattresses without worries if you are more. You will not miss anything and if so I will be there to guide you. Ideal for visiting the Loire Castles.
