Holiday rentals with a fireplace in La Roche-sur-Yon

Communication with Estelle was excellent from start to finish. She was a perfect host, always willing to help when asked but otherwise discreet. Her family were also very helpful. The gite is just as described, perfectly clean and presented. The kitchen is a little tricky to get used to in a corner under the stairs but everything is in good condition and works perfectly. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed is very comfortable. On the very hot nights air conditioning would have been welcome though there are good fans. Near to to shopping and so many places to visit in the locality. The roads are very quiet for walking and cycling. The outdoor areas are private, absolutely peaceful, the only sounds are the breeze and birds.

Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea view. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber BBQ available. Our concierge contacts at Laurence were very responsive, they made our stay easier. I highly recommend this listing!

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice accommodation, well designed, nice space. Terrace and this beautiful veranda super nice. The only negative point and perhaps to be specified is the fact that there is no TV. Because we were with elderly people and indeed if the day we were active in the evening we would have enjoyed and they especially the TV. Perhaps provide additional concerted availability, a little tight in inclement weather. Each room with its super nice bathroom as well as toilet.

Great place to stay; peaceful and the pool, bbq and outdoor eating places on site are great. Photos accurately describe the place. Great view looking out over the meadow while eating a meal or having a drink. The house we stayed in was very recently renovated so everything is in great condition. We’ll happily be staying here again!! Melanie is a fantastic host; really one of the best we’ve encountered on Airbnb; she’s communicative, friendly and informative. We had some problems (car rental) and Melanie went out of her way to help us. We can’t thank Melanie enough and look forward to staying at La Millière in the future

Very nice welcome from Christine who, having been unable to make herself available to welcome us, had prepared the stove: all that was left was to light the match! The accommodation is clean, functional, warm and spacious: perfect for taking a break, whatever the weather. We also took advantage of our stay at Christine's to go to Puy du Fou, located 25 minutes from the accommodation. The exchanges with Christine are warm and jovial, thanks again for everything!

Great apartment and very convenient walking distance to all amenities. Christele is very sweet. The parking is a bit expensive (approx 20eur/day) but the location is convenient. There is no air conditioning so as the weather heats up in the summer it might be uncomfortable to sleep. It was on the edge last week. Opening the windows is loud and welcome mosquitos. Everything else is good.

Very well located accommodation, nice shops in the upper town, great organic and biodynamic wine shop right next door, beautiful city and environment, helpful and welcoming population, perfect welcome with cafes etc, we will come back

Spacious and beautiful apartment, close to the beach. We had expected a little more from the town but had a wonderful holiday. There is also plenty to do in the area.

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

The apartment is in a great location, minutes walk to the port with restaurants and shops on our doorstep and close to markets etc. Patricia who met us was very helpful and friendly. Our stay was lovely.

Incredible house for a family reunion, there is all the desired equipment. It was happiness! Fully equipped for children. Bedding kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream house!

We spent a wonderful Pentecost weekend at Villa Isis Atlantique in Portes-en-Ré. The setting is simply idyllic: the house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a stay with family or friends. The garden, the bowling alley, the half basketball court, the pool table and the swimming pool add a touch of serenity and luxury that invites you to relax. We particularly appreciated the proximity of the beach and the center of the village, while enjoying absolute calm. A big thank you to our hosts for their warm welcome and availability. We leave with memories in our heads... We will come back with great pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house - which is so quiet and private on the beautiful beach but close to lots of great areas on île de re! It is a great location to explore from and to rest at after a busy day!

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

this family WE to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday was a real moment of Happiness . The Stephy are adorable, welcoming, smiling, their home exudes the calm, the desire to be there. we'll come back! Thanks to them for their lovely little touches.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. Particularly useful having all ensuite bathrooms. Easy to bike into La Flotte or walk along by the sea. The pool was warm and the gas bbq was great as we cooked in a couple of evenings. As mentioned in previous reviews the furnishings were shabby chic which fitted well with the area. Isabelle was very helpful with the check in and out and had many recommendations for places to visit and eat.

Thank you for this place: large, peaceful and very pleasant! we had 1 very nice stay with the family thanks to the spacious house and especially the pool that we were able to enjoy. Only small accuracy for the next guests: there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor but the bathroom is not accessible for 1 person in a wheelchair. we exchanged them with Corinne who took note. we did not understand each other when booking. apart from this small point that didn't taint our stay, everything went well!
