This cottage offers you a place to rest and the opportunity to discover the Perche Natural Park. The heated pool is shared with the owner who lives on the estate. The pool is closed from October to the end of May depending on the weather. Possibility to accommodate your horses in the meadow and ride them in the small quarry or on a walk. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
