Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Single-storey Percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove - wood provided, sofa bed 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (bed 2 people 160 x 200 cm - sheets provided) on the ground floor, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.

Welcome to our peaceful haven in the countryside, in a large, partially renovated farmhouse. You will stay in a fully private house, with 3 comfortable bedrooms (each equipped with a double bed, and one of them also has a single bed in the mezzanine).

The Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. It is a former stable renovated into a charming holiday home with all amenities. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood-burning stove and opens onto a large private garden with barbecue, garden furniture, ping-pong and bicycles available.
